According
to Gartner, SAP & Salesforce’s worldwide CRM market share was 36%
in 2011, where SAP leading with less than 3%. Gartner is
predicting that Salesforce will be the leading CRM vendor worldwide in
2013.
Oracle
had some 16% of the marker that year where the rest of the players in this
market had one digit figure.
Still in
2011, the accumulative marker share of the small vendors was high as 24%.
The above input is interesting enough, so i
have decided to check who those misterius players are, learn their solution and
report my impression.
